Welcome. PLEASE NOTE that this site is in progress and that appointments are not available until the new year (2026).
I offer registered massage therapy for all ages and stages of life. Appointments are available at my home clinic in Courtenay East, just off Malahat Drive. Mobile options, within the municipalities of Courtenay and Comox, are also available for those who find it challenging to leave home for healthcare appointments.
Please call ….. to book an appointment. Information about appointments, scheduling, and fees can be found here.

about my practice
I’m here to support you as you recover and maintain your well-being, so that you can get back to doing, and continue doing, the things that you love. I have a general practice and all are welcome. However, my preferred area of practice is working with people living with long-term physical or mental health conditions. I also thoroughly enjoy supporting families as they move through pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the months and years that follow.
As an RMT (registered massage therapist) in BC, I am trained to use hands-on methods to assess and treat soft tissues and joints. In brief terms, my scope of practice includes minimizing the impact of unpleasant sensations such as pain, maximizing physical function, and promoting health and well-being.
Please expect a discussion period and some form of hands-on assessment at every appointment, as this allows us to set treatment goals together, ensure safe and effective massages, and monitor the impact your appointments are having on your day-to-day life.
My massages are centred around moderate pressure soft tissue techniques using a small amount of oil or lotion. I include lighter or deeper pressure techniques, techniques without oil or lotion, joint-focused techniques, movement-based techniques, and temperature therapies as appropriate for you. This allows me to address a variety of tissue types such as skin, muscle, connective tissues, nerves, etc. It also allows me to address a variety of body systems in addition to the musculoskeletal system, such as the nervous system, circulatory system, lymphatic system, etc.
I am always willing to offer simple options for home care as a way to expand on what we accomplish during your appointments.

about me
I graduated from Victoria’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2018. I worked in Victoria after successfully completing my registration exams with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC), operating my own clinic-based and mobile practice. I also taught for just over three years at WCCMT, instructing orthopaedic assessment classes and spending time as a teaching assistant and clinical practicum supervisor.
In 2025 I focused all my energy on my family and on relocating to the Comox Valley. In 2026 I look forward to practising again. Click here to confirm my registration with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC). (CCHPBC replaced CMTBC as the regulatory body for registered massage therapists in 2024.)
In previous chapters of my life, I spent many years competing at a high level of rhythmic gymnastics, performing Ukrainian folk dance and contemporary dance, and practising and teaching yoga. In this chapter, you will most often find me enjoying busy days with my two children and exploring the beautiful Comox Valley with family and friends. I acknowledge with gratitude that I now live, work and play on the traditional lands of the K’ómoks First Nation.
